What problem we’re solving
Web3 job hunting is broken. Opportunities are scattered across X, Discord, Telegram, and dozens of job boards. Many roles come from anonymous or unverified teams, and job seekers struggle to vet legitimacy, evaluate token compensation, or showcase their on-chain track record.
Projects also struggle to reach qualified applicants, and hiring funnels are extremely inefficient.
There is no unified, verifiable, AI-powered platform for discovering roles, evaluating project legitimacy, and automatically creating Web3-native resumes and portfolios.

By connecting a wallet + GitHub, the agent produces a dynamic, verifiable portfolio showing DAO contributions, commits, deployed contracts, created NFTs, votes, badges, and more.
4. Evaluates Token-Based Job Offers (Compensation Agent)
Paste an offer ➛ AI decodes vesting, token unlocks, risks, and USD-equivalent outcomes.
5. Autonomous Talent-to-Project Matching
Once a user sets preferences, agents autonomously scan the entire Web3 ecosystem for best-fit roles and reach out to projects, DAOs, or founders with personalized candidate summaries.
